There is too much deliberation at work. People waiting for these numbers, people waiting for this ones email response or just waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
At work most people find reasons NOT to make decisions. There is a constant creeping feeling that if you make a decision, you will, like an 8 year old in second grade, “get in trouble”. Imagine that? We have a whole work force afraid of getting “in trouble”
Get “in trouble” make decisions, move the dial and never stop pushing. Value at work is based on a new paradigm – give me the people who have ideas aren’t afraid to state them and people will DO despite the fact they may “get in trouble”
Be a DDD – Disturp, disrupt and destroy the status quo.
