About three weeks ago, just after I finished the altMBA, I committed my goal to post everyday this month to paper Commitment to the work – Help me reach my goal Everyone has helped me so much and with 3 days to go, this will be my 25th post in August.

A funny thing happened on the way… people began to expect the posts. Anticipating what I had to say. Sure, it may only be 10 people… (half of whom are family) but it is a start. And starting is the hardest part. I made it through the first mini-dip about 2 weeks in, and now, as I get closer to my goal, I feel invigorated and ready to do work again.

I want to acknowledge everyone who reads my posts and especially my big sister Simone, who comments on every post, letting me know she is reading. It matters and means the word to me. There is a lot of love there and knowing she’s out there helps me commit to keeping going.
