Ok, Joe Biden is the next President of the United States. Then what happens? What happens to all the time spent on Facebook telling everyone what a dick Donald Trump was. What happens to all the time spent by MSNBC on Russiagate or the latest leak from an internal source? What happens to all the time spent listening to former Pentagon officials telling us what an existential threat this Presidency has been.
What happens to you? What are you going to do? Are you going to hate on the likely 70 million fellow citizens who voted for the incumbent? Are you going to think about retribution? Remember, they are are going to be as angry as you have been for the next 4 years about Biden. And Biden isn’t squeaky clean like Obama. There are going to be scandals.
How do we get out of this cycle of loathing our fellow citizens?
We have to find a way to move forward.
