I’ve found that writing has been very therapeutic over the years. I’m in therapy (again) but this time it’s a bit different. It’s more behavior rather than just talk. We’re trying to change things and be cognizant of thoughts, actions and patterns that don’t help or do. Writing, reading and intellectual pursuits usual get me the most jazzed and keep me going.
I expect to be writing more often. And I am happy to take ideas to write about.
