Back on the market

So I was unemployed most of the summer. Happens. I did the work and pushed myself to get a new job and thought I was in good shape with an offer from an interactive educational software company that was part of a university. I took on a 6-month contract and felt excited about the opportunity. All good?

Well, one week later the contract was ended. I have no clue of the rhyme or reason for it? Was given the “not a cultural fit” One week and you know that? We interviewed for 7-8 hours! I’m wracking my brain to think of what I did wrong? It feels very much like dating. You have a nice date. Do a little kissing. You are excited for the date and you call and get the blow off. Feels exactly the same.

So? I am back at it. Not sure what’s going to happen. The economy is getting worse so it might be a smidge more difficult? But we’ll see. I know what I am doing and know I can help companies get products out the door. But they gotta let me know what they need!

I'm here and I am ready to go. Been doing my homework and I have things to say.
