Quick note… occasionally, I see a post on Facebook or Twitter saying “Can’t sleep…” I immediately think GET. OFF. YOUR. DEVICE. Screens stimulate your brain to think it’s still daylight. That’s why you can’t sleep with a TV, a phone or a laptop open.
No screens for 30 minutes before sleep. Start reading a book… (no not a kindle, a book. ) and you’ll fall asleep. If you are anxious about the next day’s work, write down what you need to do on a piece a paper and let it go… The act of writing it down will help… plus… DON’T DRINK.
Anyway… thats my tip of the day.
